About the Wildcrafted Mystery School
A Home for Transformation and Awakening
The Wildcrafted Mystery School is a place to remember yourself. To come back to what is yours: your body, your knowing, your choices, and the Mystery of life being experienced as you.
Through simple, repeatable practices called Wildcrafted Ways, you learn to trust your body’s signals, be honest with yourself, and let your inner knowing guide you back to what’s always been yours: the life you are here to live.
From our Founder: A Letter From Jacquie
Dear You
We share something sacred — tender, really. A deep ache. A secret devotion to life. A yearning to belong, to know who we are, to live at the helm of our lives.
To stop hiding what’s most alive in us and let it be lived, shared, and received.
For a long time, I lived as if belonging had to be earned. As if Home were outside myself. I thought I could accomplish both by being acceptable. By fitting in.
So I muted my voice. Became proficient at managing my reactions and those of others so nothing escalated.
I made myself small. I forgot how to read my body’s language: softened my no, overrode my yes. I stopped standing in my own knowing.
At the time, I didn’t call it self-abandonment. I called it being good. Feeling safe. Being easy to love.
But it cost me.
Slowly, quietly. It cost me myself.
If any of this feels familiar, I want to sit beside you for a moment.
You’re not alone. A lot of us learned to protect our most precious needs by leaving ourselves: by stepping outside our bodies, by editing ourselves to keep the peace.
That was my pattern, too.
Then, in 2013, life interrupted everything. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Surgeries. Recovery. Hospital rooms. Uncertainty. It asked everything of my body.
Cancer didn’t awaken me. But it did strip away a lot of noise: old habits, roles, identities, and conditioning that kept me distant from myself, my body, and my life. It restructured my time and narrowed my focus. And for the first time, I had to choose myself. I had to choose what mattered most: my life.
That choice brought me back to my body. To what was really happening, not what I thought about it. Sensation and feeling were loud. Painful. And there was nowhere else to go. So I stayed. And I listened.
In that closeness, something I had been living without began to come back: inner awareness. My capacity to understand my body’s signals, to trust my inner compass, to stay with the hard, tender, and uncertain. And I got honest. Really honest. I told myself the truth, and began living from there.
In that strange, horrible, amazing experience, my body became my most intimate and trusted companion. My most valued ally.
The good news is, you don’t need a crisis to change. And if grief, loss, or confusion arises, it longs to be met fully too.
Returning Home hasn’t been a single arrival for me. It’s a choice I make again and again: to stay with what is. To be awake in the experience I’m having now. To welcome life as it naturally unfolds. In conversation. In conflict. In choice. In love. In the full spectrum of every day.
And this is the thing: we all return home to ourselves. In our own way. In our own timing. Through our ordinary lives.
Each of us comes home to what has always been ours: the life you are here to live.
So, if you’re ready to go, start with Returning Home.
If you’ve like a taste test, join us for Wildcrafted Wednesdays.
I’ll meet you there,

Things That
Bring The
Mystery
Closer
Smile freely and notice how you feel.
Follow the unexpected. See where it takes you.
Stay curious. Ask: “How is this happening for me?” instead of “Why is this happening to me?”
When you feel triggered, say to yourself: “Thank you for showing me where I am hooked.” Let that old foe become an ally.
Hold your sacred ground. Stay rooted in what you know is true.
Put your hands together before you begin: your day, a meal, a hard conversation. Let gratitude lead.
Tell yourself the truth in one line. Let it end the negotiating.
Our Wildcrafted Ways
Practical approaches for real moments: when you’re stressed, conflicted, unsure, shut down, or over-functioning. When you want to honor what’s good, mark a threshold, or make the ordinary feel sacred.
The Ways help you stay connected to what you feel, what you need, and what’s yours to choose. They strengthen your capacity to meet what’s happening right now.
Embodiment
Learn to read your body’s signals and untangle your body from old patterns.
Deep Listening & Active Inquiry
Develop present awareness so you can draw from your experience, your innate knowing, and your lived wisdom. Not from urgency or pressure.
Ritual
Create simple, intentional gestures that honor what matters: a beginning, an ending, a release, a vow. So your life is met with reverence, not bypassed.
Reflection
Use reflection as a mirror to self, other, and nature. So your knowing sharpens and you stop losing yourself inside the moment.
Creative Exploration
Meet what your mind can’t understand through writing, image, and play. Find language, shape, and direction for what’s real in you.
These aren’t ideas. They’re ways to stay connected while your life is unfolding.
What Guides Us
We practice at a pace that lets you notice what’s happening: what you’re feeling, what you’re avoiding, the pattern that keeps showing up.You learn to orient yourself when things are unfamiliar, so you can make sense of what’s happening inside you while life is happening around you.
We explore relationship as the place where life is lived: inner and outer, human and more-than-human, story and metaphor, language and meaning. So we can live the questions of our lives.
We craft your life from what's native to you, what you want, and what nourishes and sustains you. Not as an idea. As a way you live.
