About Jacquie

The Longing Beneath the Learning

For much of my life, I searched for truth in the usual places—books, teachings, systems of understanding that promised clarity or control. I immersed myself in astrology, shadow work, and consciousness studies. And I found insights, yes. But they never quite touched what I was longing for.

A Breaking Open

Then, in 2013, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

My world broke open. I underwent a bilateral mastectomy, followed by a complex reconstruction after multiple rejections. And in that unraveling, everything I thought I knew about healing, identity, and spirituality began to fall apart.

The Return to the Body

Cancer didn’t awaken me. But it did strip away the noise. It brought me back to the ground of my being—back to sensation, breath, the subtle intelligence of the body. It showed me how often I had been bypassing life in the name of understanding it.

It wasn’t information I needed. It was embodied awareness. It was learning to trust myself. To stop looking outside for answers, and instead let my own experience lead. To listen to my body, to my life, and to let that be enough.

That’s where the roots of The Wildcrafted Mystery School were planted. Not in mastery, but in mystery.
Not in knowing, but in becoming intimate with life—to be soaked by its invisible forces, my life forces, to feel it all: the things I care about, the things I hate, and everything in between. To let it move through me. And as a result, to come alive. To be inhabited by spirit.

A Long History of Holding Space

For over 25 years, I have been facilitating women's workshops, retreats, and circles rooted in presence, tenderness, and truth-telling.

I’ve sat with women through transformation, grief, creative awakening, and the slow return to self. These years of holding space shaped my understanding of healing—not as something to fix, but as something to witness, feel, and honor. The Wildcrafted Mystery School grew from this lived experience—and from my own frustration with the endless searching that so many spiritual paths seem to reinforce. I created this work as a response to the ache that nothing external could soothe. As a homecoming. As part of my sacred vow.

The Wildcrafted Way

Through what I now call the Wildcrafted Ways, I offer practices and invitations that guide us back to the body, back to our own felt experience, and back to the mystery that lives in every breath.

These are not techniques to fix you. They are invitations to listen—to the ache, to the beauty, to the truth already alive within you.

My work isn’t about transcending what it means to be human. It’s about being here—fully, tenderly, wildly here.

Through The Wildcrafted Mystery School, I walk with others who are ready to stop seeking and start listening. Who are ready to meet life—not as something to conquer or understand—but as something to receive, participate in, and be transformed by.

A Blessing for the Path

Wherever you are in your life, I offer this:

May you trust what arises.
May you stay close to what’s real.
May you remember that you are already home.

With love,
Jacquie
