Returning Home, The Wildcrafted Way
Explore what it is—and feels like—to be human.

Return home—not by grasping for more understanding, but by resting in and attending to what is already here.
This isn’t about fixing what feels broken, chasing answers, or collecting more insight. It’s about transforming how you relate to your body and to life—learning to listen to the invisible forces at play, to the subtle, often indescribable signals that arise within. This shift changes everything: how you meet yourself, how you move through the world, how you belong.

Does this sound familiar?
You’ve followed the path, gathered insights—and yet that mysterious longing remains.
You feel called to explore what’s really happening within your body and your being.
You want grounded tools to meet uncertainty, grief, and change with moment-to-moment awareness.
You’ve glimpsed truth but still ache for a deeper, lasting connection.
You’re ready to stop seeking outside yourself—and come back to your own knowing.
You long for a creative, safe space to remember what it feels like to be home.
I’ve been there. That’s why I created Returning Home, The Wildcrafted Way.
The Wildcrafted Experience
Each week invites a deeper return—to your body, your truth, and your place in the wild, living world.
Week 1
Slow Down & Land
We begin by coming back to the ground. This week is about slowing down, quieting the noise, and reconnecting with your body as home. You’ll explore what it means to truly inhabit your physical self—to feel what’s here, listen beneath thought, and root into the steady support that’s always been holding you.
Week 4: Living the Questions
This week, we practice staying open in the midst of uncertainty—lingering at our edges with curiosity, following golden threads, and dreaming with intention.
Why? Because whenever you believe you already know, you're a lot of other people. But the moment you become curious, you're nobody-but-yourself.
We explore the questions that have no answers—and let them work on us, shape us, and guide us from within.
Week 1
Awakening the Feeling Body
The key to wildcrafting is feeling, not fixing. This week, we turn toward the textures of sensation, the currents of emotion, the whisperings of the nervous system. We track what’s moving, what’s hidden
Week 5: For When the Heart Breaks
To live is to experience heartache and loss—and still be able to love.
This week, we turn toward the real terrain of grief, rupture, disappointment. Not to wallow in pain, but to attend to what we’re feeling with honesty and care.
We explore the strength of tenderness, the clarity of boundaries, and the wild beauty that returns when we stop bracing against life.
Week 3: Walk the Path You Were Born For
Your sacred vow—the reason you took incarnation—isn’t something you invent. It already lives inside you. This week, we uncover and receive that vow as a steady, unshakable thread of knowing. When you’re anchored in it, life becomes less about seeking—and more about listening.
Week 6: Returning Home
This final week is a return—not to where you began, but to the capacities you’ve been cultivating all along.
You’ll integrate deep embodiment, expanded awareness, playful self-exploration, and receptive presence into the way you move, speak, relate, and create.
Here, Returning Home is not a concept. It’s an experience. Reality through the body, not the mind.

The Results
By the end of this 6-week experience, you will:
Feel more attuned to your body’s quiet signals—trusting the wisdom that lives within you.
Meet life with greater presence, openness, and resilience—without abandoning yourself.
Move through discomfort, uncertainty, and intensity with clarity and strength.
Embody a grounded, creative way of being that reflects your actual experience, voice, and inner knowing.
The Return Home isn’t into a thousand truths, but into the One you’ve always been.
