Returning Home, The Wildcrafted Way

Explore what it is—and feels like—to be human.

Return home—not by grasping for more understanding, but by resting in and attending to what is already here.

This isn’t about fixing what feels broken, chasing answers, or collecting more insight. It’s about transforming how you relate to your body and to life—learning to listen to the invisible forces at play, to the subtle, often indescribable signals that arise within. This shift changes everything: how you meet yourself, how you move through the world, how you belong.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve followed the path, gathered insights—and yet that mysterious longing remains.

You feel called to explore what’s really happening within your body and your being.

You want grounded tools to meet uncertainty, grief, and change with moment-to-moment awareness.

You’ve glimpsed truth but still ache for a deeper, lasting connection.

You’re ready to stop seeking outside yourself—and come back to your own knowing.

You long for a creative, safe space to remember what it feels like to be home.

I’ve been there. That’s why I created Returning Home, The Wildcrafted Way.

The Wildcrafted Experience

Each week invites a deeper return—to your body, your truth, and your place in the wild, living world.

Week 1

The Way of the Body

You begin where you are—by returning to the body as your place of deep knowing and connection. This week guides you to slow down and attend to the physical self—not as an object to fix, but as your most intimate companion, trusted guide, and source of real-time information. Through responsive, adaptable practices, you soften, settle, and begin to inhabit the body and ensoul the language you use in relationship with it. Let the body become the ground you return to—where you meet yourself and the world with deeper response.

Week 4

The Way of Inquiry

Inquiry is a radical choice—to stay with not knowing when the urge is to retreat. This week, you enter the active practice of not-knowing. To stay curious in the face of change. To meet what’s unfolding in your body, your life, and your relationships without rushing to resolve anything. These are humble practices—asking you to stay close to what’s shifting, to question your assumptions, and to feel your way through discomfort. Not knowing, as an embodied practice, is receptive, engaged, and essential to receiving yourself into the web of life that holds us. Let not knowing be a daily devotion. Let inquiry be your guide.

Week 2

The Way of Feeling

Feeling—not knowing, not believing, not thinking—is how we restore connection to our inner world. This week is dedicated to reawakening your capacity to feel—in all its complexity and subtlety. Through simple, embodied Ways, you begin to slow your experience down and witness it from the sensing part of you—the part that naturally discerns the intricacies of perception and knowing. You are more capable than you’ve been taught. You perceive more than you realize. Let your capacity to feel reawaken—and with it, remember what it is—and feels like—to be human.

Week 5

The Way of the Heart

Love is not a feeling you have—it’s a verb... a way to live, relate, and participate with life. This week, you turn toward the heart as a place of practice. You explore what it is to love as a way of being—as a home you build in your body and how you express yourself in life. The practices invite you to mix the various ingredients of love—care, affection, recognition, respect, trust, honest communication, commitment—and observe how they move through you. With soft eyes and a gentle touch, you discover where distorted forms of love have taken root, and how to unwind the knots, reclaim the truth beneath them, and embody love in real time. Let the radical practice of love as a life-way take root in you.

Week 3

The Way of the Sacred Vow

Somewhere inside you, a resolve has taken root—long before you could name it. This week, you turn toward that steady current—the sacred vow that has guided your life from the beginning. To unearth your vow, long-held wells of energy must be recognized, tapped, and tended. The deep passions and power sources that live within you—the motivators behind your choices, the currents that shape your path—carry the imprint of what you came here to do. The practices this week guide you to locate those energies, follow them to their roots, and receive the clarity that only embodied self-awareness can bring. Let your sacred vow rise to meet you—from the place no one else can see, but only you can reach.

Week 6

The Way of Integration

The Ways bring you home—into the boundless embrace of your precious, messy human experience. This week invites you to integrate what you’ve uncovered: to partner with the body, trust what you feel, align to your vow, be curious and playful, and discover what it is—and how it feels—to be you: at home in your body and your life. Integration is participation in action. Love embodied. Awareness, receptivity, discernment, and wisdom—woven into how you live and all you do.

The Results

By the end of this 6-week experience, you will:

  • Feel more attuned to your body’s quiet signals—trusting the wisdom that lives within you.

  • Meet life with greater presence, openness, and resilience—without abandoning yourself.

  • Move through discomfort, uncertainty, and intensity with clarity and strength.

  • Embody a grounded, creative way of being that reflects your actual experience, voice, and inner knowing.
